  My husband and I purchased a mattress from this location about a week ago from Sean. He was very helpful and honest through the entire process. Unfortunately, we did not end up liking that mattress we purchased and went back to the store this evening. As soon as I walked into the store John was very kind and welcoming. I explained our situation to him as I waited for my husband to arrive. John was very patient as we tried out different mattresses. Once we found a new one we really liked, he was able to get it exchanged out in no time. He wanted to make sure we left happy and confident in our decision. Thank you John for being so kind and understanding and giving us such great customer service. I realize we weren't a new sale for you, but you treated us like we were first time shoppers. I will recommend John and this location to anyone looking to buy a new mattress!!!
